OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — Big changes to Oklahoma’s Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program are now in effect; items like candy and soda are no longer covered by those benefits.
Grocery stores across Oklahoma City say they started preparing as soon as they learned the changes were coming.
