Nebraska Peace of Mind Behavioral Health, LLC voluntarily filed for Chapter 11 on February 13, according to court records on PACER. The petition identifies the Lincoln, Nebraska-based mental health provider as a “small business debtor” under 11 U.S.C. § 101(51D) and states that it has chosen to proceed under Subchapter V of Chapter 11.
Sam Hasan, the Manager and CEO of Nebraska Peace of Mind Behavioral Health, LLC, filed the petition in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nebraska.
