YORKVILLE, Ill. — The Kendall County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help locating a man wanted on animal-related charges.
Authorities identified the suspect as Jose Alicea Reyes, also known as Manuel Ramirez. He is wanted on allegations of animal torture and violation of animal entertainment laws.
