The inaugural class of the Recidivism Reduction Pilot Program graduated Friday from the University of ArkansasPulaski Technical College Future Fit Program, marking a milestone in the state’s effort to reduce repeat incarceration.
Launched by Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders, the program is designed to help incarcerated individuals gain job skills, credentials and support needed to successfully reenter society.
