WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — Nearly a week after a fatal shooting during a traffic stop in Northeast Washington, the death of 43-year-old Julian Bailey remains a tragedy that his family says is shrouded in secrecy.
Bailey was shot and killed by a member of the United States Marshals Service on Feb. 11. Now, his loved ones and community leaders are demanding transparency and justice as they mourn his loss.
