An Oklahoma bride-to-be is now planning a funeral instead of a wedding after tragedy struck.

Thelisa Sparks’ fiancé, 42-year-old Brentley Joseph Mueller, was shot and killed on Feb. 6. The fatal incident occurred at an apartment complex on S. Pennsylvania Ave. in Oklahoma City, according to the Oklahoma City Police Department.

The department said officers responded to a report of a shooting at around 11:17 p.m. local time and found Mueller suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to an area hospital, where he died. “It is unclear what led up to the shooting,” police said, adding that no arrests have been made in the case…
