MERIDIAN, Idaho — New documents submitted to the City of Meridian provide new details on a new Target location at Ten Mile Road and Franklin Road, near I-84.
According to the documents, which were submitted Friday, the new store would feature an in-store Starbucks café, a CVS Pharmacy, an Order Pickup section, and a full grocery department.
