LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A Las Vegas daycare provider said a recent change from the state in distributing payments is forcing them to cut hours and lay off staff.
Cherished Legacy Academy opened in its location near Tropicana Avenue and Jones Boulevard three years ago. They were a 24-hour daycare, but owner Rachel Jackson said things have changed over the last nine months.
