The year-over-year growth of Allie B’s Mac & Cheese has been exponential. What started in February 2025 with around twenty locations, the Capital Region signature side dish is now being sold in six different states and more than 120 stores. Kizzy Williams opened Allie B’s Cozy Kitchen in 2014 in Albany and, in addition to feeding countless customers, she also is first in line to help feed people who need it most.
