Maryland’s Independent Investigations Division is investigating a Baltimore County police use-of-force incident that left a man in critical condition early Monday morning.
The IID has launched a probe into an incident that ended with a Woodlawn man suffering critical injuries, according to the Attorney General’s Office on Tuesday, Feb. 17.
