Louisville — The sentencing of embattled pool company owner Tracy Davenport has been delayed after technical issues prevented her from appearing in court via Zoom.
Davenport, who previously pleaded guilty to theft charges in January, was scheduled to be sentenced this week. The hearing has now been rescheduled for March 2.
According to court records, Davenport and employees under her direction convinced customers in Kentucky and Indiana to sign contracts and pay large upfront deposits for swimming pools that were never completed.
