Woman faces serious charges for fatal hit-and-run crash on Freedom Drive

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A 26-year-old woman faces multiple felony charges, including death by vehicle and hit-and-run, following a fatal crash on Freedom Drive that left one person dead.

Yolanda Brown was arrested Saturday and charged in connection with the death of Deanna Moore, according to the Mecklenburg County District Court.
