COLUMBIA, S.C. — Firefighters from Columbia-Richland Fire Department’s 3rd Shift made quick work of a kitchen fire at a home on Riley Street, off Bluff Road, Monday evening.
Arriving at the scene, firefighters observed smoke coming from the roofline of the house. Crews then made entry through the front of the house and found a moderate amount of fire in the kitchen.
