Something sure to satisfy a sweet tooth is coming soon to Southern Pines.
The Peach Cobbler Factory, a rapidly growing franchise known for its fruit cobblers, banana pudding, cobbler shakes and other desserts, will open its 15th North Carolina location at noon on Saturday, Feb. 21.
Located at 10574 U.S. Highway 15-501 in Southern Pines, the store marks the company’s first location in the Sandhills region. Other North Carolina locations are in larger cities, including Raleigh, Durham, Charlotte and Fuquay-Varina.
The company announced in July 2025 that franchise interest was growing across Southern states, with additional locations planned in metro areas such as Miami; Orlando, Florida; Atlanta; Memphis, Tennessee; Dallas; Louisville, Kentucky; Tallahassee, Florida; Jackson, Mississippi; and Houston…
