Man arrested after 2 killed, 2-year-old hurt in Asheboro shooting, police say

ASHEBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — A suspect was arrested on Tuesday in connection to a double homicide investigation in Asheboro, according to an Asheboro Police Department news release.

Roberto McIntyre Jr., 30, was arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree murder and one count of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, inflicting serious injury.

He was taken to the Davidson County Jail and is under no bond…
