JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a man was shot in the head Tuesday morning.
Officers responded to the reported shooting in a residential area on C Street Lane, close to W. 45th Street, at around 11:45 a.m., the sheriff’s office said. That’s where first responders found a man in his 30s suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the head.
JSO said the victim and the suspect appeared to have known each other and gotten into a dispute outside of a home. During the confrontation, the suspect pulled out a gun and shot the victim once before fleeing the scene…
