MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — One person was injured this afternoon after being struck by a car, according to Mobile police.
The incident happened around noon Tuesday at the intersection of Michigan Avenue and Melrose Street.

According to Mobile Police Department public information officer Joseph Brown, the victim was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
