ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WPRI) — Attleboro shoe store Footworks will be closing up shop at the end of March after serving customers for more than 47 years.
Cobbler Gary Lavoie told 12 News he is planning to retire. Lavoie first opened his shop on Pleasant Street back in October 1978.
The store is open while Lavoie tries to sell his remaining stock, but he is no longer taking orders for shoe repairs…
