Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) — A former employee of the Rochester City School District, charged last year in a child endangerment case, has pleaded guilty to a lesser charge.
The Rochester Police Department received a report on April 9 from a parent claiming that Katherine Gibble, an employee at Virgil I. Grissom School No. 7, used excessive force against their 5-year-old child, according to Captain Greg Bello.
Gibble was issued an appearance ticket Oct. 22 for endangering the welfare of a child after police worked with her and the family to “determine the circumstances of the incident,” Bello said…
