SARASOTA COUNTY, Fla. (WWSB) – Sarasota County Commissioners voted to approve an $18.1 million purchase of the Stickney Point property, a waterfront shopping plaza that serves as a gateway to Siesta Key.
The property at 1500 Stickney Point Road sits on the mainland side of the South Bridge to Siesta Key and houses several small businesses, docks, water sport outposts and a restaurant.
