JASPER COUNTY, S.C. (WTOC) – The 14th Circuit Solicitor’s Office confirmed the trial for Charles Saunders is expected to start on Tuesday, Feb. 17, in Jasper County.
Saunders is accused of a double homicide in Hardeeville back in 2024. The solicitor’s office told WTOC that the jury is expected to be selected on Tuesday.
Officials said the trial will likely last through Thursday, Feb. 19.
