For the family behind Pietro’s Trattoria, food and architecture have always been intertwined. When Arcanum Architecture first worked with Jim and Annette on the family’s original restaurant on Kettleman Lane, the focus was on preserving history. For their son Pete, the next generation to lead, the goal was evolution: to create a new home for Pietro’s that would honor the family’s Central Valley roots while introducing a lighter, more contemporary spirit. Designed from the ground up in Lodi’s Reynolds Ranch district, the new Pietro’s Trattoria replaces the beloved original, which will be reborn as Jimmy’s Steakhouse when construction begins later this year.
