Salina, N.Y. – A garage fire Tuesday afternoon in Salina spread into a home, but firefighters put it out before causing much damage to the home.
The homeowner initially tried to put the flames out themself before the fire began spreading through the garage and they called 911, according to Tony Albanese, a deputy chief for the Liverpool Fire Department.
