TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – While police were processing a shooting scene Monday, Feb. 16, the alleged perpetrator returned and was promptly arrested.
According to the incident report, while officers were investigating the shooting at Byrne Hill Manufactured Community on Hill Ave. around 7:43 p.m., the suspected shooter allegedly returned.
