A proposed Costco in Southborough is now allowed to operate at its planned location of 21 Coslin Dr.
On Feb. 13, Attorney General Andrea Campbell signed off on a zoning change voted by the town in October, according to a letter the town clerk shared with MassLive on Tuesday.
