Federal trial begins for trio accused of criminal scheme centered on Rocky Hill Pharmacy

KNOXVILLE, Tennessee — The federal trial began Tuesday for three East Tennessee women accused of profiting for years from a fraudulent prescription scheme while working at the Rocky Hill Pharmacy.

The government will begin calling its first witnesses Wednesday morning in the case against pharmacy co-owners Tiffany Haney and Anne Warren and pharmacy tech Tina Roper. Lawyers picked the jury Tuesday.
