TYLER, Texas (KLTV) – Fort Worth police arrested a murder suspect in Tyler who is accused of shooting his friend during an argument over French fries.
The shooting took place in January in an apartment complex in Fort Worth. The alleged shooter, LeMarques Renard Darden, Jr., 18, was located nearly two weeks later in Tyler, according to KDFW’s report.
Police say on Jan. 28 at 6:30 p.m., FWPD officers responded to a shooting call in the 9500 block of Jeremiah Drive. When they arrived at the scene, they found a man with a gunshot wound to his head. He has been identified as Jarvis Davis, 19, of Fort Worth.
Officers started giving the victim CPR, and continued until Fort Worth EMS arrived. Davis was taken to a local hospital, where he died several hours later, police said…
