Man threatens to shoot couple outside Olive Garden in Lincoln, police say

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) — Police arrested a Lincoln man after a couple was threatened at gunpoint on Valentine’s Day.

Officers took 25-year-old Tatum McArthur into custody Saturday evening. He is charged with a single felony count of terroristic threats.

According to an arrest affidavit, a man and woman were walking across the parking lot to the Olive Garden along East O Street.

As they were walking, someone driving a Toyota Corolla sped past, nearly hitting them. According to police, the woman shouted for him to slow down, and the driver, later identified as McArthur, extended his middle finger…
