BELLEVUE, Neb. (WOWT) – A 14-year-old student’s artwork will soon be cruising through Bellevue after she won a contest to design a wrap for a school resource officer’s police cruiser.
Harper Hardin, a Mission Middle School student, said she was shocked when she learned her design had been selected.
