(Glenwood) — An Omaha man faces a pair of charges following his arrest in Mills County over the weekend.
The Mills County Sheriff’s Office says 39-year-old Denis M Ramos Chicas was arrested shortly before 5:30 a.m. Sunday for possession of contraband or a weapon inside a correctional facility and OWI, 1st offense. Authorities say the arrest occurred along northbound Interstate 29 in Council Bluffs.
Ramos Chicas was taken to the Mills County Jail and held on $6,000 bond…
