After turning their Vietnamese coffee truck venture into a brick-and-mortar business in Minneapolis’ Linden Hills neighborhood two years ago, the Càphin team is again beginning a new chapter – this time, with a new location in downtown.
A soft opening is now underway at Càphin’s new Warehouse District coffee shop at 430 North 1st Avenue #140.
Owners Savio and Jenny Nguyen spent time in northern and central Vietnam studying the specialty coffee culture that inspired their coffee shop, which uses traditional brewing techniques.
