Youth Nabbed After Lunchtime Stabbing Shakes Tadpole Bluff In Converse

A juvenile is in custody after another minor was stabbed yesterday afternoon on a quiet Converse street, according to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies were called just before 1 p.m. to the 6200 block of Tadpole Bluff near Walzem, where they found the wounded juvenile and detained a suspect. The victim’s condition remained unknown as of Tuesday night, authorities said.

According to FOX San Antonio, deputies were dispatched to the scene just before 1 p.m. yesterday, found the injured youth at the location and took another juvenile into custody at the scene.

As reported by KSAT, the detained juvenile faces an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge. Because the case involves juveniles, the sheriff’s office has not released ages or other identifying information for either the suspect or the victim.
