BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — Boise Mayor Lauren McLean’s Chief of Staff, Courtney Washburn, has announced her intention to step down effective March 1, 2026.
Washburn began her tenure with the City of Boise in January 2020.
“Serving the City of Boise and the community has been an honor, and the experience has meant a great deal to me,” said Washburn. “After thoughtful reflection, I’ve decided to return to the field of advocacy. It was not an easy choice, but it feels like the right step for me at this time. The city team and this experience have shaped me in meaningful ways, and I’m truly thankful to have been part of it. My sincere thanks to Mayor McLean for the opportunity to serve the city I love.”…
