Bellevue Native Competes for Team USA in Olympic Speed Skating Relay

A Bellevue native is representing the United States on the international stage this winter.

Eunice Lee, who has lived in Bellevue since age six and is a graduate of Newport High School, is competing with Team USA in the women’s 3,000-meter speed skating relay at the Olympic Winter Games.

Before focusing on speed skating, Lee practiced rhythmic gymnastics and figure skating while living in the Republic of Korea. After moving with her family to the United States of America at age six, she transitioned into speed skating.
