This approach has guided Yamhill Community Action Partnership’s work at our Turnkey Program, a former motel in McMinnville that has sheltered families and individuals since 2021. This month, YCAP begins the next phase of construction that will enable more rooms at the site to be safely and fully utilized.
Turnkey is an important part of YCAP’s shelter program, providing safe, private rooms paired with wraparound services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Program participants typically stay for three to six months, depending on their circumstances and available housing options.
