For a 12-year-old Mesa boy, hanging out with friends during recess one school day in September last year has turned into an on-going ordeal for his family.
The sixth grader said he was approached by another Porter Elementary School student, 11, who was in his homeroom and some of his classes but did not associate with him.
“He said he was going to rape me,” the boy said. “As soon as he said that he grabbed me by the shoulders and tried to turn me around.”…
