Elwood Apartments residents call on Vancouver Housing Authority to address crime

VANCOUVER, Wash. (KATU) — Residents living in Vancouver Housing Authority’s (VHA) Elwood Apartments are demanding change from the organization.

Some residents who live at the apartments, located at 6317 NE Fourth Plain Blvd., told KATU that they frequently witness drug deals and violence from people who are not residents of the complex.
