Snow is falling in the mountains and may be coming for the Portland area on Wednesday night, and on Tuesday morning, Seaside saw a rare sight: Snow on the beach.
Photos shared by Lena Wright on Facebook show a wintry scene on the sand and in the hills near Seaside.
“Some epic shots of the marvelous, winter wonderland at Seaside,” Wright wrote.
By Tuesday afternoon, temperatures had reached 40 degrees in the beach town, but it might not be the coast’s only chance for snow this week…
