NEW PHILADELPHIA, Ohio (WOIO) – The Stark County man accused of grabbing and firing a New Philadelphia officer’s gun during an arrest, has been indicted by a Tuscarawas County Grand Jury.
Dyllan Riter was indicted on the charges of attempted murder, felonious assault, and grand theft of a firearm.
Ritter, 28, allegedly grabbed the gun during an arrest attempt on Jan. 14.
