Montgomery County, NY (WRGB) — A Fonda man has been arrested following a reported domestic incident in Amsterdam, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities say deputies responded to a residence on February 16, 2026, after receiving a report of a physical domestic dispute that was called in by a child inside the home. Upon arrival, deputies investigated allegations of physical violence that included reported strangulation of a female victim.
