Plastics bill faces uphill fight again

A sweeping plastics reduction bill has returned to Albany, and it’s already drawing fierce lobbying, according to Spectrum News 1. The Packaging Reduction and Recycling Infrastructure Act would cut packaging use 30% over 12 years and limit certain toxic chemicals.
