DMV Taqueria is in Yelp’s Top 100 places to eat in the US, and it’s there for a good reason. Their staple is the halal birria, but they serve other Mexican and Puerto Rican inspired plates.

Mr. 8 That: “The depth of flavor on the birria was intense, you definitely got those accenting spices and seasonings with every bite. The tacos had a crispy shell to compliment the soft tender birria, and the amount of complimenting ingredents with the Oaxaca cheese and cilantro helped balance out each bite. The fries retained their texture, were seasoned well, and the sauce helped tame some of the spice. The burrito had classic ingredients and flavors, wrapped in a melted cheese blanket that took it a step above the rest.”…
