TROTWOOD, Ohio (WDTN) – The Trotwood Fire Department is investigating a structure fire that occurred on Hanna Avenue on Sunday, Feb. 15.
The Trotwood Fire Department was dispatched to a reported structure fire at approximately 8:30 a.m. On arrival, crews found the rear unit of an apartment building ablaze, with fire extending through the roof.
Firefighters conducted a rapid search to ensure no occupants were inside. No one was found within the building.
