The mother of an 11-year-old boy with autism who wandered away from Lancaster’s Fulton Elementary School a week ago and was found walking several blocks away won’t be sending him back to the school.
On Monday, Nelley Emory, of Lancaster, said she intends to take the boy, Freddy Garcia, and another child out of the school.
She also has children at Reynolds Middle School and McCaskey High School. Freddy is her only child with special needs…
