(FOX40.COM) — District Attorney Jeff Laugero announced that a Stanislaus County jury has convicted Ronald Lee Moore Jr., 52, of Turlock, of felony animal cruelty in the beating death of an 8-week-old puppy.• Video above: Property Crime Statistics
According to the Stanisluias County District Attorney’s Office, Moore faces up to six years in state prison under California law. A hearing on allegations said that he has at least two prior violent felony convictions is scheduled for March.
