PENSACOLA, Fla. (WALA) – Pensacola police traffic homicide investigators have made an arrest in a fatal Scenic Highway crash that claimed two lives.
Wayne Scott Dines, 60, of Springhill, Florida, faces charges of two counts of DUI manslaughter and DUI crash involving serious bodily injury in connection with the Jan. 30 crash, according to the Pensacola Police Department.
Dines was operating a blue Jeep on Scenic Highway when he crossed the center line near Rothschild Drive and collided with another vehicle, police said.
One occupant of the second vehicle died on the scene, while the second victim died days later in a local hospital, according to authorities…
