HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — One person was critically injured in a four-vehicle wreck that happened Tuesday night on Highway 22.
Horry County Fire Rescue responded to the area between Highway 90 and Highway 31 around 6:15 p.m. for a wreck with entrapment and an overturned vehicle.
