ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – After the snow hit, several city neighborhoods, especially Tower Grove South, were awash after water mains failed due to the cold.
Those have been fixed for now, but the City of St. Louis is working to make more repairs before these problems happen, and they need money to do it.
