Man arrested in pair of cash-register grab robberies in Northwest DC
Washington, DC – A 19-year-old man was arrested after two February robberies at businesses on 9th Street NW, where a suspect entered each location, grabbed cash from open registers, and fled before officers arrived.
The incidents occurred on Feb. 4 at 3:57 p.m. and Feb. 13 at 3:58 p.m., both in the 1900 block of 9th Street NW. In each case, money was taken directly from an open register before the suspect fled the scene…
