SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Smithfield and/or the Sioux Falls Development Foundation will be conducting a traffic study now that the pork processor plans to build a new plant in Foundation Park, Minnehaha County Highway Superintendent Jacob Maras said.
The park is in northwestern Sioux Falls near Minnehaha County Road 130 and not far from Exit 86 on Interstate 29.
Maras said Smithfield and the Foundation will likely want access to CR 130, “an access close to the Interstate (29),” he said…
